  • Activation Information Management System (AIMS)

Developed an integrated enterprise information management system combining 60 inter-related functions into a single solution for tracking performance of a $1B hospital activation initiative. • Integrated Workflow Automation Portal

AVER was charged with providing business process re-engineering of several business functions supporting the ongoing training and development of the program management workforce. The organization consistently had challenges reporting metrics that matter in a timely manner – status reports were often prepared 1-2 weeks after the end of the month. AVER not only developed optimized process flows with enhanced Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) but took the initiative to develop automated solutions using a series SharePoint-based forms and reports. This significantly improved the speed and accuracy in how information was tracked and reported. The team integrated these solutions and created executive dashboards that displayed key metrics in real-time nearly eliminating the need for the current lengthy and time-consuming status reporting.
